(13) to (19), (21) and (23), please refer to the licence condition for details According to the Conditions of Exchange, the Pu Tong Ta, Chi Lin Nunnery should only serve the following 3 types of deceased persons: (i) Deceased ascetics of Chi Lin Nunnery; (ii) Deceased residents of the Home (as defined in special condition 13(a) in Conditions of Exchange imposed by the Lands Department) (including ascetics and non-ascetics); (iii) Deceased ascetics and non-ascetics who had close relationship or connection with and provided long term support to Chi Lin Nunnery, or who made important contribution to Hong Kong. The licensee confirmed in writing that the niche interment right of this columbarium would only be sold / rented at a nominal rent of $1.
